Our Monday Mindset, Wellbeing and Motivation Meetup is designed to do EXACTLY that and get you set up for a fantastic week ahead. We will have different topics every fortnight geared towards you living your best life, feeling incredible and having tools, knowledge and techniques to do that.
On Monday 21st January you'll learn how to improve your mindset and overall wellbeing. Your mind has the power and ability to allow you to feel more happiness, greater confidence, peace and manage your mental health.
We'll be exploring how you can change your thoughts and that inner voice in your head to share more positive language. Whether you have depression, low mood, anxiety or have experienced feelings of stress, feeling unempowered or simply having a bad day, learn new ways to actually require your thinking and psychological behaviors.
You'll learn and understand:
- What is a mindset
- How do NLP, Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness affect the mind
- What you can do to create a happier, healthier headspace
- The key activities you can undertake to improve your overall mental health
- Ways to motivate yourself and change how you feel in an instant
- Some introductory NLP and Hypnosis techniques you can use yourself
- Mindful exercise you can do yourself with ease

Our meetups will be a combination of workshop, conversations and shared ideas and will take place at 22 Montrose Street just off George Square. We'll have your morning beverages available whether it's coffee, tea or herbal tea to get you warmed up and woken up. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies please let us know in advance.
